Our People

Let me introduce you

Our people not only talk the talk, we walk the walk – and even run the run. All because we get pleasure from the experience of working with you, in being healthy ourselves and in learning something new every time we meet.

It may seem old fashioned but we believe our success is based wholly on your success, our valued client. When you become a raving fan, our reputation spreads and when you achieve the results you want, we get recognition and the rewards we deserve. Simple really!

Personal Trainers

As of today, we have two Personal Trainers who are different people with different life experiences and skills but who share the passion for helping people who are ready to make a change for the better. Peter Moorhead is the older and Sean Ryan the younger of the guys (I am pretty sure I have that the right way around).

Peter works mostly with clients on a one-to-one basis and has been delivering our “Programme for Success” Personal Training packages to delighted men and women in Milton Keynes since he started the company in 2007

Sean the architect of our boot camp “Parkfit Fitness Camp.” He is achieving some awesome results with his Fitness Camps with many women in particular, achieving almost unbelievable weight loss and inch loss

Massage Therapist

It is widely known amongst my friends that I myself have had a bad back from my early 20′s and in all honesty it is that which has been the main driver in keeping me fit and active up until I started this company. I have had a range of treatments including epidural injections, various chiropractic treatments, acupuncture, Shiatsu therapy from my good friend Marie and even a fantastic glute activation and joint de-compression from Sean.

But the person who has helped me maintain my activity at the levels I need is Viki Drury.

Massage is an element of fitness and wellbeing that is perhaps the first to be neglected in a busy working week but the benefits of a good massage can have an impact immediately from relieve of sore and tired muscles to increased range of movement and flexibility. Viki delivers more than that though and we tend to first call on her expertise for our many clients who have aches and pains and, frequently, alignment issues (sprains and twists etc) because we know that if it is something out side of her expertise, Viki will give the best possible advice and referral to an osteopath or chiropractor as appropriate.

Nutritional Therapy

And of course we could not be taken seriously without addressing the primary need to fuel our bodies with the nutrition we need to enable us to function properly on a day by day basis.

We believe that Nutrition is the cornerstone to good health and not only will a body stay healthy given the base materials needed through healthy eating but that many of the symptoms of dis-ease can be treated using food effectively as medicine. Sam Downton is our expert on Nutrition.

The way your body responds to food is unique and as such you will be advised according to your individual needs. This could help you achieve optimal health levels, improved well-being and abundant vitality. Sam is the person we turn to for advice when our clients need specific advice and for ourselves too

……… because we eat our own cooking.
