Peter Moorhead Personal Trainer

Hi there, my name is Peter and I am a lucky man with so much to be grateful for;

It took me a while to settle down after a long career as a soldier which ended in 1997 and to be honest it was a real struggle at first coping with the loss of my family, career and friends, coping with unemployment and verging on alcoholism. Now, that is all behind me thanks to the love and support of family and friends old and new.

But the experiences of people, places and cultures has shaped my outlook and helped me appreciate the important things in life including that every person is unique and has so much potential if only they can find the key to unlock that potential.

And that I guess is the task I have set myself; to help people become the best they can be with better health through diet and exercise so that they too will experience the joy of living a longer, more active life.

I love what I do and every day I look forward to joining people on their own journey of discovering  the things that can be achieved with just a little encouragement, some goals to aim for and the accountability needed to make that commitment to a lifestye change for the better.

So I look forward to meeting you in our Parks, on the redways, along the canals and riverside walks in and around marvellous Milton Keynes and sharing the joy of running, cycling, walking and playing out in the fresh air; getting fit, keeping the middle age spread under control and having some fun.

What is life if not a celebration!
